It looks way nicer than I was expecting AND it has internet! We're expected to eat Tanzanian food in the cafeteria every day and basically try to live like a Tanzanian as much as possible.
Since I'm flying into Dar es Salaam, I still have a 10-hour bus ride to get to Arusha. However, we're all going as a team AND the trip is being broken up. On the way we're stopping at a village that uses a lot of Kickstart's technology. We get to spend the night in a real African village and see Kickstart's impact firsthand. Just when I thought this program couldn't get any better - it does. :)
